 Product Summarize
Flange connective globe valve is applied to PN1.6~16MPa, -29~550ºC petroleum, chemical, pharmacy, fertilizer, power station and other industries pipe lines. It is used to shut off or turn-on the medium. There are hand wheel drive, gear drive, electric drive, pneumatic drive and etc.

Structure Characteristic
1. Select material daintily and accord with domestic and oversea standard. It also has reasonable structure and handsome exterior.
2. The seal surface of disc and seat are surfacing welded by Fe-based alloy or satellite Co-based hard alloy. So it has good anti-abrasion, anti-high temperature, anti-contusion performance and long service life time.   
3. After thermal refining and tufftride processing on the valve stem, it has a super anti-abrasion and anti-contusion performance.
4. We can adopt all kinds of tubing flange standards and flange seal surface types to meet all kinds of projects' and customers' needs.
5. The material of valve body is complete. The packing and the gasket can be chosen and assembled according to actual condition and customers' requirement. They are applied to all pressure, temperature and medium.
6. The backward seal adopt screw thread connecting seal seat or the valve body surfacing weld austenitic stainless steel. So you can change the packing without stop the machine expediently and rapidly and don't influence the system functioning.
7. DZW series multi-turn electric actuator is equipped on the valve, so that it has small shell, light weight, complete function and also can use with long-distance computer. We also can choose and assemble the electric actuator according to users' demand.
