Y-type slurry wear-resistant valve Descripitions

The structural characteristics of the Y-shaped slurry valve are a left and right valve body split structure, with a detachable valve seat and disc design. The valve seat and disc can be replaced by removing the bolts connecting the left and right valve bodies. The valve body can be specially surface treated according to customer needs, with a surface hardness of HRC60 or higher, and excellent wear resistance and erosion resistance. The valve seat is made of high chromium wear-resistant alloy as a whole, or is made of special hard alloy with 2.5 overlay welding or sprayed with tungsten carbide. The valve is made of high precision wear-resistant alloy as a whole, or uses WCB welding special hard alloy or sprayed tungsten carbide. The valve disc and valve disc cover are connected by screws and bolts, which are firm, reliable, and easy to assemble and disassemble. The valve has an upper sealing structure, which can protect the packing when fully opened. The valve stem is equipped with an anti rotation mechanism to ensure that the valve stem only moves in a straight line during opening and closing, and plays a guiding role.
