Structure and usage
1. The small loss of pressure : water pressure loss is nearly zero when the valve is fully opened, flow channel is clean,the medium will not be deposited in the valve body cavity
2. Wear resistant strucure : the ball between t he seat and metal makes the valve has shearing effect. The semi-ball valve moving forward to the seat until the last moment it will touch with the seat during closing process, and there is no firction. As valve seat is made of wear-resistant nickel alloy, so it is able to be anti washing to be suitable for medium contains fiver, slurry, and tiny solid particles.
3. Suitable for high speed flowing medium :Straight through flow, a solid eccentric crank that make it suitable for high speed without vibration.
4.Long life : there is no easy wear parts of the valve.and the sealing surface is free of friction .
5.Easy maintenane: there is no need to remove the repairing parts from the pipeline, only need to oped the valve bonnet.
