The Check Valve for pump inlet (model JD745X) produced by our company is designed and manufactured with reference to the similar imported and domestic advanced valves. It is mainly used to install on the pump and pipeline of high-rise building water supply systems and other water supply system to to prevent the medium backwords, prevent water hammer happen. With three functions of electric valves, check valves and water hammer eliminator, the valve can effectively improve the safety and reliability of the water supply system.

The valve body with a full-channel Streamlined DC-style design, so the pressure loss is small, the flow is small ,and the size is small and weight is light.
Valve working principle :
When the pump is opening,under the action of water pressure on the sliding plate,at the same time,the water pressure also enter into the diaphragm below through the small ball valve and small filter in the inlet side ,to make the valve open slowly and prevent the water hammer happens. When the pump is closing, the sliding plate under the action of gravity and spring, quickly closed 90% to prevent water backwords and stop pump water hammer happens, and the remaining 10% enter into the top of the diaphragm through the small ball valve and the small filter,? the closing speed slows down and generate buffer to prevent the pressure surge and make the valve is closed to mute.
Installation and operating Instructions:
1.The best way is to install on horizontal pipe with the bonnet upside.
2.Pay attention to the marked arrows for the medium outside of the valve body, and follow the install direction.
3. Completely remove the junk inside of the pipeline before install the valve and flush the pipes before supplying water.
4.Install automatic exhaust valve in the pipeline in accordance with relevant specifications to make sure the water is not interrupted.
5.Install a gate valve and a filter in front of the valve and install a gate valve behind the valve for maintenance.
6.When doing the water sealing test, slowly open the gate valve in front, and pay attention to if there is leakage in the control line outside of the valve body.
7.Adjust the small ball valve in the outlet end get the best closing and opening speed;
8.Small filter should be cleaned regularly? .
9.Valve storage:No air storage to prevent damage and corrosion,regular cleaning,blind plates should be used at both ends of the valve to protect flange sealing surface
