Electro-hydraulic Jaw Valve is a new type of electric ash dumping device which is mainly used in conveying solid particle materials, medium and discharge system of solid particle materials in cement, building materials,metallurgy and mining industry. Nominal pressure is 0.2MPa, applicable for solid particle materials, dust and humid working conditions, normally temperature is lower than 120ºC.
Electro-hydraulic valve is composed by electric-hydraulic push rod and jaw gate valve.Jaw gate valve is composed of valve body, fan-shaped disc, shaft, gear wheel ,sealing set ,actuators etc. Push rocker manually or with the actuator to make the gear wheel to rotate along the axis of the fan-shaped gate, and make the two fan-shaped disc open on two sides, at the same time the materials drop. After the picking device is fully loaded, the actuator drive the rocker and make the fan-shaped disc return to cut off the truncated and dropping materials.
The adopted electric-hydraulic push rod is a kind of flexible actuator integrated with machine, electric and hydraulic parts, which is composed of actuator (cylinder), control mechanism (hydraulic control valve group) and source of power ( oil pump motor) etc
