The Knife Gate Valve

The electro -hydraulic anti-abrasive knife gate valve is specially developed for the two-phase flow of solid and liquid. Taking engineering ceramics as the main material for throttling element,ceramic gate valve is widely used in coal washing industry,steel industry and mining industry.It works as slurry valves in some coal washing plant .

Features

The sealing surface of the knife gate valve is made of toughened ceramics with abrasion resistance and long service life.

The knife gate valve body has shorter structure length than that of the wedge gate valve.The light weight is conductive to easy to install of the ceramic knife gate valve.

According to customer's requirement,the bottom of the disc can be permeated with WCB. So the erosion to the disc bottom can be avoided when the valve is opened slightly to realize the throttling.

Knife gate valves feature a knife-shaped gate plate and are widely used for flow control in industries such as coal preparation, slag removal, wastewater treatment, food processing, sanitation, and pharmaceuticals.
