The angle type globe valves are designed for crystallized medium ,and developed from the common globe valve.
The valves are suitable for some medium which is easy to crystallizes under normal temperature,such as caustic potash ,caustic soda.In most of case ,they are used in high temperature,high pressure working conditions ,such as high concentration of alkali process .
Features
1.The angle type welded valve body has smooth channel.Since the flow resistance is small,medium will not get blocked.
2.The end-to-end dimension is shorter than that of the straight -through globe valve .
3.For easy disassemble and convenient operation,the valve bonnet and valve body are connected by bolt.
4.There is a preheating device installed on the valve bonnet of the globe valve. The hot stream imported can effectively dissolve the crystalline under normal temperature.
