Product Introduction
The double eccentric hemispherical valve is a new high-performance hemispherical valve developed by our company based on ordinary ball valves. The unique design principle makes the valve wear-resistant, scar resistant, high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, with small operating torque and flexible opening, and can achieve remote control. Double eccentric hemispherical valves are widely used in industries such as petrochemical, coal chemical, non-ferrous metallurgy, thermal power and hydropower, and heating.
Product Features
1. Using mathematical models of fluid motion and 3D design software to create high-performance eccentric hemispherical valves;
2. Unique dual eccentric structure, the shear action between the hemisphere and the valve seat when closed can remove scale and adhesion on the sealing surface, shear solid particles, and have the functions of "self-cleaning" and "anti scarring"
3. When opened, the valve disc is detached from the valve seat without any contact, the switch is lightweight, and the operating torque is small;
4. Multiple wear-resistant materials are combined, and the valve materials are all hardened for better sealing performance;
5. Finite element analysis software simulates on-site fluid conditions and optimizes valve design. Valves have the characteristics of low flow resistance and low energy consumption;
6. When the sealing surface wears out, the valve can automatically compensate for the wear and extend the service life of the valve.
